Checklist storage
Completed counties are saved in this browser’s local storage under the key ichp-checklist-v1. We do not receive your checklist. It stays on this device and browser unless you download a backup or import one yourself. Clearing site data or using a private window can remove saved progress. You can clear it through the checklist’s confirmation dialog or your browser’s website-data settings.
Hosting and traffic information
Cloudflare hosts the website and processes connection information such as IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and protect it. No Google Analytics, advertising cookies, session replay, third-party fonts or embedded maps are loaded by this build. Cloudflare’s native cookieless Web Analytics is enabled for this hosting project and is added by the host on deployment to measure visits and page performance. The site does not collect checklist changes or send book-click events.
Feedback for Niall
If you choose Feedback, we send only the category, message, optional reply email and the public page address you choose to include. We never attach your query, checklist, location or a screenshot. Reply email and messages are encrypted in a dedicated private database and sent to a fixed owner address; no marketing signup. Messages are kept for up to 180 days. Cloudflare Turnstile loads only when you open feedback to protect the form from spam; it processes security and connection information. Closing the form retains your draft only in this page’s memory; navigating away clears it. Temporary abuse-limit state expires with its rate-limit windows. Protected submission digests remain with retained messages to enforce accepted quotas. Aggregate operational counts are retained for 30 days.
Amazon and other links
Links open external sites when you choose them. Amazon and the original information providers apply their own privacy policies. Book links contain no affiliate tag. Sample pages and the short PDF are served directly by this website.
Files you restore
A checklist backup is read locally by your browser, validated and merged into your current checklist. Its contents are not uploaded to a server. Only recognised county identifiers are accepted; arbitrary file text is never inserted as HTML.
